Balsamic Garlic Grilled Mushroom Skewers

These balsamic garlic grilled mushroom skewers are beautiful and simple to prepare. The perfect dish for a get-together with friends or family.

Preparation: 30 Minutes (Marinate time) 20 minutes total

Serves: 4

ingredients

  • 2 pounds mushrooms, sliced 1/4 inch thick

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari)

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

method

Marinate the mushrooms in a mixture of the balsamic vingear, soy sauce, garlic, thyme and salt and pepper for 30 minutes.

Skewer the mushrooms and grill over medium-high heat until just tender and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side.
