Mushroom Harvester
We are looking for a mushroom harvester to join our team at our family-owned Mushroom farm in Woodcroft, Adelaide. As a mushroom harvester you have to be physically in good condition, understand the standards of quality and hygiene and be well-organized. As a mushroom harvester, you will be accountable for the performance of a range of duties associated with the harvesting of the weekly mushroom crop. Mushrooms are picked by hand and sorted into grades by size and quality. All work is performed indoors, in a well-lit, controlled environment with a reasonably constant temperature of 18°C. Furthermore, we expect you to work as an effective team member under specific direction and maintain a good work ethic. You must be available 7 days a week, starting at 07.00 am every morning. You don’t need to have any experience and we provide an intensive 4 week training program. We are looking forward to your application!
